Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to provide the requested service.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for services may vary depending on the type of service, location, vehicle, time of service, distance traveled, parts required, and other circumstances.

Where possible, we may provide an estimate or quote before beginning work. Estimates are not necessarily final prices, particularly when additional work, parts, labor, towing distance, or unforeseen circumstances are involved.

Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated at the time of service. Customers are responsible for all applicable service charges, fees, taxes, parts, and other approved costs.

Towing and Vehicle Transportation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and its location.

Before towing or transporting a vehicle, customers should remove personal belongings and valuables. Adams Roadside Assistance LLC is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Towing and transportation services are performed based on the information provided by the customer and the circumstances at the service location.

Mobile Mechanic Services and Repairs

Mobile mechanic services may be limited by the location, weather conditions, vehicle condition, available tools, and the complexity of the repair.

Some repairs may require a vehicle to be transported to a qualified repair facility or workshop. In such cases, we may recommend towing or additional services.

Any parts or materials used for repairs may be subject to additional charges. Customers may be informed of additional costs before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Battery and Tire Services

Battery replacement, battery installation, tire changes, and related services are subject to product availability and compatibility with the customer’s vehicle.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information to help ensure the correct parts or products are supplied.

Replacement parts, batteries, tires, and other products may be subject to applicable manufacturer warranties or supplier warranties.

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Provide a safe and accessible service location whenever possible

  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by our technicians

  • Ensure they have the legal authority to request services for the vehicle

  • Make required payments for services provided

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

In some circumstances, we may work with third-party service providers, contractors, towing operators, mechanics, or other professionals to assist with fulfilling a service request.

When third parties are involved, their services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, warranties, and policies.
